Vic was extremely professional and provide a great service for a Saturday afternoon call out. A/C problem was diagnosed and fixed in less than 2 hrs. Highly recommend Vic and Polar Bear !

Leeron was great. First time home owner and first time having to pick an AC service provider. Hands down helpful, friendly and clean. Walked me through the process for future cleanings. And I was struggling to spend $150-175 each time, Polar Bear provides a monthly payment plan that makes it affordable. Very thankful!

Odane came to work on our AC and he was very professional, friendly and helpful. What I really appreciated was that he took the time to explain the problems to me and how everything worked. We had issues for a while with a previous provider and it was never clear where they were going wrong, but Odane explained everything, was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of reassurance. We had a great experience with him.

Javell is a great worker, he repaired and serviced our washer/dryer unit, found issues were weren’t even aware of and explained them very well - and also asked if there was anything else he could help with and took the time to explain the issues. I 100% recommend contacting the Polar Bear before sourcing new appliances!

Love the service. Leo was polite, courteous and professional. It’s evident he knows his craft and spent time to thoroughly explain findings, solutions and make recommendations. I’ll definitely be using Polar Bear again and would like Leo as a service provider.

Your Polar Bear employees were wonderful. I thought that it was just to stop one dripping vent. They sure surprised me when they went into the attic and discovered that the problem started there. They were friendly, laughed easily, and now I have a wonderful, clean set of vents with another set to use when we call you earlier.

Leo was absolutely amazing! He came to my salon to repair the air-conditioning unit and had everything fixed within just 2.5 hours. He replaced the fan motor and capacitor quickly and efficiently, and the unit has been running perfectly since. He was on time, super professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable—he explained everything thoroughly so I knew exactly what was going on. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and thorough, especially for commercial work, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Leo if you need any AC work done!

I recently had Polar Bear Air Conditioning come out to service my AC unit, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
What really stood out was the technician, Leo.
He arrived on time, was incredibly courteous, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a faulty capacitor) and had it replaced in no time.
Leo even gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain my unit to prevent future issues.
The price was fair, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Polar Bear Air Conditioning, and if you can, ask for Leo he's a true professional!

Odane just completed a maintenance service at my house and I am quite pleased at the level of professionalism and thoroughness of the inspection of the units and the overall service maintenance. He offered suggestions as to how the system could be improved to reduce respiratory issues and undertook to provide information on the available options. This was greatly appreciated. I can highly recommend Polar Bear for both installation of new units and customer service.
