Sales Coordinator
The Role
Manage all sales leads to maximize sales opportunities including fielding, scheduling, tracking and reporting leads. Perform administrative duties for Install department and Service department for optimal efficiency.
Responsibilities / Duties

Establish good working relationships with Comfort Consultants as well as all other staff.

Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction through all stages of the sales process and maximizing conversions.

Receive all sales leads and convert to booked assessments for comfort consultants.

Control Comfort consultants calendar and schedule.

Record and track all Installation leads in the operations Manager spreadsheet including job costs for completed jobs.

Work closely with Comfort Consultants to assist with various administrative tasks as needed. E.g. creating purchase orders, invoicing, tracking equipment and material orders, calling customers for payment, etc.

Assist installation department in after sales appreciation packages and generating referrals.

Following up on and converting cold leads.

Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training.

Prepare performance reports including company-wide ‘PACE’ reports, Call Center reports, Sales reports and other reports as needed.

Assist with account receivables.

Manage relationships with condo accounts including scheduling quarterly maintenance visits, reviewing and sending maintenance reports and invoices, fielding any queries or complaints from condo managers and regular check-ins to ensure 110% customer satisfaction.

Assist in the on-call rotation.
