The Big Task:
Build the best plumbing department from the ground up through effective leadership and coaching. Initially, you will also be our primary plumber diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems and leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
Key Sub Tasks As Our First Plumber:
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
- Keep your truck inventory up to date.
- Properly complete paperwork.
- Be on-call for after-hour emergency calls.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
- Have and maintain a Cayman Islands Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
Key Sub Tasks As The Department Supervisor:
- Recruit, hire, train and improve other service plumbers.
- Work with the dispatch department to make sure the right technician goes to the right job.
- Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department.
- Inspire plumbers to hit their goals.
- Train, develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards.
